- The dinner on Saturday 4th May 2019,
- The french classes every morning from Monday to Friday, (nearly 17 hours)
- Visits and activities,
- The transports card (metro, bus and tram) for 7 days.
These fees do not include :
- Your travel to Lille,

expenses according to the place you will choose to have your

Observations
All participants will be met at Lille Airport, or in the Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe railway stations, by Lille Twinning group members who will guide them to the hotel. Participants travelling by car will be sent prior to arrival all useful information.

Cancellation
Cancellation's conditions: (except for unpredictable and unavoidable reasons, while providing a certificate)
· cancellation 60 days before the course: 25 % of the total price will be kept by the organisor
· cancellation between 59 to 30 days before the course: 50% of the total price will be kept by the organisor
· cancellation between 29 to 15 days before the course: 75% of the total price will be kept by the organisor
· cancellation between14 days and the course: 100 % of the total price will be kept by the organisor
· cancellation 60 days before the course: 25 % of the total price will be kept by the organisor
